Structure Lab is a day-long workshop that explores the pool of legal structures available to a social venture.  At the center of the Structure Lab workshop is a game, played with a deck of specially designed cards, that allows you to explore the various structure possibilities and apply them to your venture.  Full of twists and turns, the game engages you to explore your venture’s values, relationships, and assets through a series of discussions on formation, governance, finance, exit strategies, market interaction, and growth.
