In March 2007 Criterion Ventures gathered a dynamic group of leaders at the rustic Willows Lodge just outside Seattle for two and a half days of discussions related to their work for social change.  Among the group were CEOs, Development Directors, a Global Supply Chain Manager and a Parish Priest, Professors, Photographers and Software Designers.

Criterion assembled two and a half days of conversations built out of participants' responses to a survey on their passions, experience and skills.
