Relationships drive our work
forward.
We
strive to bring
into the ways we network and
interact
to bring change to life.
Collaboration
without bounds:
We value
relationships rooted in innovation, exchange of
ideas, and expanding connections. In
transitioning to a nonprofit, even more of our
day-to-day is in relationships. Our network
does not comprise a single market, but is an
open network, and it is out of this seeming
randomness that new thinking arises. We build
trust quickly and play with a sense of openness
and fairness. We pay attention to hospitality and
carefully define the terms of the exchange as
relationships move from formal to informal and
to friendship.

Gary gunderson, Senior Vice President, Faith & Health for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare:
"Words that matter emerge from relationships that matter. Criterion lives on the boundaries between so many powerful streams of people trying to move the world and not-so-magically, those networks blend and weave in ways that continually amaze me. I count on Criterion to surprise me by the relevance of people with ideas that I would never think to attend to: church, gender, markets and all the rich stuff that lies in between them. If Criterion were not in the world, we would all be further apart from each other at the very moment we so very need to be closer."
