Convergence X: Investing with a Gender Lens

Criterion Convergence X:
Investing with a Gender Lens

October 24th, beginning at  3:00pm
to October 26th, ending at 5:00pm

Simsbury Inn
Simsbury, CT

When women are economic agents and leaders, social change accelerates and returns multiply.  The returns of women-focused investing can be measured in our families, our neighborhoods, and on the other side of the world.  This is The Women Effect.

Yet the world of financial services offers few vehicles that enable women and allies to move significant investment assets toward generating the Women Effect.  Women Effect Investments supports thedevelopment of a community of investors utilizing a gender lens and a robust landscape of vehicles across asset classes for them to invest in.

Based on Criterion Ventures’ signature event, this Convergence will bring together change makers from the social investing and gender communities for a unique gathering. There will be no speakers, no workshops, just extraordinary conversations among folks actively engaged in gender lens investing, social capital markets, and gender issues. Convergence is designed to generate ideas for investment vehicles, engagement models, and collaborations.  It will reflect the interests, passions, and current work of the participants.

We look forward to having you join us.
