The research and development process for Healthcare Uncovered comprised an 8-month period that involved intensive research, large scale networking around the nature of the problem, possible solutions and components and innovation in healthcare finance.  Along the way Criterion Ventures published two reports.

The Mapping Phase Report completed in January 2008 documents outcomes from the initial  Mapping Phase and presents a variety of insights that drove our research as we moved towards design.

The Cash Market in Healthcare Report completed in June 2008 is the product of dozens of conversations, two further large group meetings to refine ideas, and extensive research.
