Convergence

Overview

Relationships drive our work forward, and networking is a key way in which resources and ideas converge around proejcts.  We strive to bring invitation, fair play, grace and hospitality into the ways we network and interact to bring change to life.

The networks of SVN (Social Venture Network) and Investor's Circle have provided a multitude of opportunities for Criterion Ventures to connect the work we're doing on behalf of clients with larger movements in social change.  These networks help us deliver on our projects by provide opportunities to not only cross-fertilize ideas but to tap into the energy of the larger movement for social change.

In 2007, Criterion Ventures became a B Corporation, a designation that formalizes many of the ideas at the heart of our company values.  Becoming a B Corporation has given us a new set of tools to consider our status as something different from for-profit or nonprofit, and an opportunity to continue examining the presence we have in the communities where we live and work and beyond.
