Taking Things To Scale
- “My idea is so great, let’s take it to scale.” Really? Is more and bigger always desirable? How to know when it should (or shouldn’t) go big?

- “Your idea won’t work that way here because we’re so different, let’s do it our way.” How can we listen for innovation on our own ideas while neither being defensive nor accepting nonsense?
