Mapping in Projects: ELCA World Hunger

Working with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America's (ELCA) World Hunger program at a strategic crossroad, Criterion managed a process of internal and external stakeholder engagement to elicit aspirations for the future and the structural elements required to achieve them.

The program faced great opportunity, and there was no doubt they would continue to grow and do important work without addressing any of the structural challenges they faced.  Mapping the cross currents and interests within a group that makes big change, Criterion helped the World Hunger leadership think through what was ahead and evaluate options for increasing the impact and efficiency of their efforts.
