Structure in Projects: AARP Foundation

While working with the AARP Foundation and their board we uncovered a wonderful surprise, that the structure of a proposed action can truly be the piece that excites a group.  While discussing innovative financial services approaches for connecting to low and moderate income communities, we found that the leadership became truly engaged.

The mechanics of connecting and serving low income households in new ways sparked up a lively dialogue, and Criterion crafted a process that engaged the board and leadership in evaluating options and rating the pros and cons of various approaches against the backdrop of broader goals and strengths of the foundation.
